Terms of use

The service

Even Sides (sportsforceparks.info) is a team-balancing and tryout-scoring tool provided by WeldonPC, Garfield Heights, Ohio. Use it to organise sports teams for lawful purposes.

What you put in

Use tryout numbers or initials for players. Do not enter anyone's full name, contact details, health information or any other personal details; the tool refuses labels that look like contact details. You are responsible for the ratings you enter and for the teams you announce.

Private links

A Clipboard opens with its private link. Anyone holding the link can open, change or delete it, so share it only with your fellow evaluators. We cannot recover a lost link, because we keep only a scrambled copy of its key.

Plans and payment

Even Sides Plus costs $1.95 a month or $19.50 a year and renews until cancelled; cancelling stops the next charge and Plus stays on until the end of the paid period. A Draft Pass costs $1.00, lifts one room to Plus limits for 60 days and does not renew. During the preview no payment is taken and Plus features are free for everyone. Payments will be handled by PayPal.

No warranty

The tool is provided as is. It balances the numbers it is given and makes no promise about how games will turn out. To the extent the law allows, WeldonPC is not liable for decisions made with it.

Deletion

You can delete a room or a whole Clipboard at any time. Clipboards not opened for 400 days, with no running plan, are deleted automatically.

Independence

Even Sides is independent: it is not connected with any sports complex, league or governing body, and it books no fields or events.
