01 / How it works

From a gym full of players to fair teams.

    Rate or score

    Paste "number, rating" lines into the Team Maker. Or open a room on your Clipboard and let each evaluator score every tryout number from 1 to 5 on your criteria, from their own phone. They open your Clipboard link, which also lets them change or delete rooms, so share it only with evaluators you trust.

  2. 02

    Set the rules

    Mark key roles (G for goalie, P for pitcher) and pick the number of teams. With Plus, keep siblings and carpools together and rivals apart.

  3. 03

    Print the board

    Teams come back within one player of each other in size, with roles spread and the gap between team averages shown. Print it, or export it with Plus.

  • No names needed. Players are tryout numbers, with an optional label of 16 characters (initials are plenty).
  • No contact details. Labels that look like an email, a phone number or an address are refused.
